TERM

This License is effective until terminated. You may terminate either license by destroying the program and documentation and all copies thereof. Such license(s) will also automatically and irrevocably terminate if you fail to comply with any term or condition of this Agreement. Upon any termination you agree to destroy all copies of the program and documentation in your possession.

GENERAL

This License Agreement shall be governed by the international laws without regard to principles of conflicts of laws and shall inure to the benefit of Author, his successors and assigns. If any provision hereof is unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remainder of this License Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
